For the best experience and to ensure your treatment stays on schedule, we recommend the following:

Arrival: Please plan to arrive before 3:00 PM on your scheduled arrival day.

Stay Duration: Your treatment plan is designed for a 6 or 7 day visit depending on your case.

Departure: Departure is recommended on Day 6 in the afternoon.

Suggested Travel Windows:

Monday Arrival before 3pm – Saturday Departure Afternoon

Tuesday before 3pm – Sunday Departure Afternoon
